In this energy session, the practitioner will design a personalized tuning fork protocol to connect with the frequency of happiness and joy. The pure frequencies of the tuning forks, koshi chimes, and the drum will give you a sense of inner peace and help you release frustration and the feeling of being “stuck.” You may focus on yourself more , and build healthy boundaries. You may experience more compassion and joy, sharper intuition, better sleep and less anxiety, nervous system regulation after this session

In this session, the practitioner will hold sacred space and transmit a frequency to increase activate creativity and connect to your divine abundance. After the sound healing session, you will have time to engage in creative self expression through art or writing. This healing session will be a sacred co creation between you and the practitioner. You will learn how to connect with your higher self and channel your own healing energy to create new possibilities and open yourself to abundance. You will become your own alchemist.
